Terms of Service

1. Use of the Platform

Taking Prophets provides custom TradingView indicators, trading education content, and an online community for traders. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Indicator Licensing

When you purchase or subscribe to a Taking Prophets indicator, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that indicator on the TradingView platform for your personal trading use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share indicator access with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any indicator
• Use indicators in any automated trading system or bot without express written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

Partner indicators (white-label collaborations) are subject to the same licensing terms unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Products are sold through the Whop marketplace and payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Whop’s refund policy. Taking Prophets reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Community Guidelines

Our Discord community is a place for traders to learn and collaborate. By participating you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
• Refrain from sharing indicator access, pirated content, or proprietary strategies outside designated channels
• Not promote competing products or services without permission
• Follow all posted channel rules and moderator instructions

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke community access for violations of these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to indicators, Pine Script code, educational materials, graphics, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Taking Prophets or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Taking Prophets is an educational and tooling platform. Nothing on this website, in our indicators, or in our community constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All indicators are tools to assist your own analysis — they are not trade signals. Trading futures, stocks, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taking Prophets, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues — whether incurred directly or indirectly — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, indicators, or community. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Taking Prophets in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
