Terms of Service

1. Use of the Platform

Taking Prophets provides custom TradingView indicators, trading education content, and an online community for traders. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Indicator Licensing

When you purchase or subscribe to a Taking Prophets indicator, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that indicator on the TradingView platform for your personal trading use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share indicator access with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any indicator
• Use indicators in any automated trading system or bot without express written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

Partner indicators (white-label collaborations) are subject to the same licensing terms unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Products are sold through the Whop marketplace or, for the TP1 membership, through Link (Stripe), and payments are processed by Stripe. TP1 is sold monthly, every 3 months or yearly; the 3-month and yearly plans are sold only through Link. Existing Whop members stay on Whop. New TP1 monthly buyers may check out through either Whop or Link; we decide which one you see, and the checkout page names the seller. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout. We email you a reminder before each monthly renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop, or, if you bought through Link, in Settings → Billing or at link.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and no refunds are provided, including for partial billing periods. The payment provider (Whop or Link) may issue a refund under its own policies; a refund, chargeback or other payment dispute ends your access. Taking Prophets reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Purchases through Link. When you buy through Link, Link (Stripe) is the merchant of record: it sells you the subscription, collects and remits sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. The charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM*…, and you can manage your order at link.com. You can also manage billing at takingprophets.com/settings/billing: cancel at the end of the current period (and undo that before the period ends), update your card, and see your receipts. You may pause your membership for up to 30 days; the pause starts at the end of your paid period, you have no access and are not charged while paused, and access returns when the membership resumes and the next month is charged. If a renewal payment fails, your card is retried; access continues for about 5 days from the first failed attempt, then ends until a payment succeeds, and if the final retry fails the subscription is cancelled. A free trial given through Link renews into the paid monthly membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3A. The 100-Rep Promise

If this is your first TP1 membership and, within 30 days of your first paid membership start, you complete at least 100 practice trades in Backtester sessions run under prop-firm rules (counted by our systems from your saved practice history), and TP1 did not help you identify where your trading edge or your weak spots are, you may claim the 100-Rep Promise within 37 days of that start. We will add one month of TP1 membership at no charge to your next billing period (on a 3-month or yearly plan, one month is added to your current term) and offer a live review of your practice statistics. It is a membership credit only: never cash, not a refund, once per person, with no cash value, and not a promise of any trading result, evaluation pass or payout. We may decline a claim where practice history appears automated, shared between accounts or not genuine.

4. Community Guidelines

Our Discord community is a place for traders to learn and collaborate. By participating you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect — no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
• Refrain from sharing indicator access, pirated content, or proprietary strategies outside designated channels
• Not promote competing products or services without permission
• Follow all posted channel rules and moderator instructions

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke community access for violations of these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to indicators, Pine Script code, educational materials, graphics, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Taking Prophets or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Taking Prophets is an educational and tooling platform. Nothing on this website, in our indicators, or in our community constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All indicators are tools to assist your own analysis — they are not trade signals. Trading futures, stocks, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taking Prophets, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues — whether incurred directly or indirectly — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, indicators, or community. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Taking Prophets membership, whether through Whop or Link, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
