30-day practice guarantee
Log at least 60 minutes of practice in the TP1 Backtester on 30 different days within 45 days of buying. If you’re not satisfied, claim within 60 days of buying and we refund everything you’ve paid for TP1. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Who it covers
A TP1 membership bought on takingprophets.com on or after November 4, 2026: through our checkout with Link (Stripe), or through the Whop checkout opened from our site. Any plan (monthly, every 3 months or yearly). One guarantee per person: one per account, per email address and per Discord account, even if you buy again later or on another account. It does not cover partner indicators or other products, a free month given in support, or a membership bought directly on whop.com.
What you need to do
- Practice for at least 60 minutes in the TP1 Backtester on 30 different days.
- Those days must fall within the first 45 days after you buy. The day you buy is day 1. Days are calendar days in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), so a day starts at midnight UTC.
- Only active practice counts, measured by our servers: time the Backtester is open in a visible, focused window and in use. The clock stops when the tab is hidden or in the background, and 60 seconds after your last click, key press or scroll. Practising in several tabs or devices at once counts the time once.
- You can follow your progress in Settings → Billing: “Guarantee progress: N of 30 days with 1h+ practice”, with the date your practice window ends.
How to claim
Once you have 30 qualifying days, a “Claim the guarantee” button appears in Settings → Billing while you are signed in. Claim within 60 days of your purchase. You don’t have to give a reason. Every claim is reviewed by a person at Taking Prophets before any money moves, and we email you the decision.
What you get back
Everything you’ve paid for TP1 since that purchase, renewals included (less anything already refunded), back to your original payment method through the checkout you used (Link or Whop). Refunds usually show within 5 to 10 business days. When we refund, your TP1 membership ends.
When a claim can be declined
We may decline a claim if the practice looks automated, shared between accounts or not genuine, if the payment was already refunded or disputed (a chargeback), or if the purchase isn’t one the guarantee covers. If we decline, we tell you why, and you can reply and ask us to look again.
Everything else
The guarantee is about whether you’re satisfied with TP1. It is not a promise of any trading result, evaluation pass or payout. Outside this guarantee, all sales are final and no refunds are provided, including for partial billing periods. Cancelling stops the next charge. The binding wording is in our Terms of Service, section 3B.
