Trades, tags and playbooks

What a trade page shows, the three tag groups, playbook rules, charts, sharing and editing.

The trade page

Open any trade from Trades or the Overview. It reads top to bottom:

  • The summary: symbol, side, result, date, time held, accounts, Net P&L and R, your tags, and Share to Discord.
  • What you did: contracts, entry, exit, risk, R multiple and both fills, and Gross P&L, Fees and Net P&L when the trade has fees.
  • Your read: your notes. Save note saves them, and so does clicking away.
  • The plan: the trade's playbook and its rules to tick off.
  • The chart, then Edit trade: the full form, with Save changes.

Tags

GroupWhat it's for
Confluences“Why you took it — what lined up on the chart.”
Execution“How you traded it — the behaviour, not the result.”
Mistakes“What went wrong. Naming it is how it stops repeating.”

You start with common tags like FVG, Followed plan and Chased. Type in a group to find one or add your own; your most used come first. The × on a suggestion takes that tag off your list, and trades that already have it keep it. Tag a trade on Add trade, or with Edit flags on its page. A mistake that covers the whole day belongs in the Notebook.

Playbooks

A playbook is a setup you trade. Add one on Playbooks, or with + New in the Setup row of Add trade: a name up to 48 characters and a colour. Then add its rules, one line each, like “Waited for the FVG”. On a trade with that playbook, The plan lists the rules; tick the ones you kept and press Save rules to get a score like 3/4 followed.

Delete playbook works straight away, with no confirm. Its rules go with it; trades keep its name. Require a playbook tag on save in Settings stops a trade saving without one.

Charts

Attach charts in the Charts field on Add trade or Edit trade: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 per save and 8 MB each. Big phone photos are shrunk in your browser first. Adding more later keeps the ones already there, and the × on a chart deletes it for good. Charts stay private unless you share the trade.

That field only attaches. To fill the form from a screenshot of your fills, use Read a trade screenshot at the top of Add trade, part of Prophet AI. It switches Post it off; you can turn it back on.

Sharing to Discord

Post it on Add trade is on by default and posts to #successful-trades as you save. For a saved trade, use Share to Discord on its page. The post is built from the trade and can include your notes and up to four charts, so read them first. If it fails, the button says why, such as “Link Discord first”, “Join the Discord first” or “Couldn’t share — try again”.

Deleting a trade

Delete trade at the top of the page asks “Delete this entry?” first. It can't be undone, and every stat updates once it's gone.
